Fiber composition;
There are 2 types of ratios (composition).
1-- The production composition.
2-- The final composition (the composition of the yarn).
All around the world, They use the composition during production.
For example, NE 20/1 - 70/30.
This means, We put 70% cotton and 30% polyester during production.
But, The final composition will NOT be 70/30.
Cotton ratio can be can be less than 50%.
1-- Production composition;
Cotton / Polyester;
We mix cotton and polyester fibers during the production.
For example, we put 70% cotton and 30% polyester during the production.
2-- The final composition
(the composition of the yarn);
The composition of the yarn varies.
Cotton ratio can be 40%,
Polyester ratio can be 60%.
Composition Guarantee;
Till the yarn NE 12;
(NE 6,7,8,10,12)
We can produce the yarn with guaranteed composition.
Depending upon the colors, the composition could be from 90/10 upto 50/50.
But, 90/10 is NOT available for ALL colors.
We need to confirm the composition after working on the colors.
Based on the colors, we can provide guarantee on the composition.
Above NE 12;
(NE 12,14,16,20,24,30)
We can NOT produce the yarn with guaranteed composition.
It will be NON-guaranteed.
The composition could be 50/50 or 30/70.
Cotton can be 30%.
We can NOT provide any guarantee.
