In order to clean up landfills and oceans, we recycle plastic bottles.

Post-industrial and pre-consumer scraps are large amount of landfill waste!
We recover cotton from discarded textile industry scraps.
We recycle approximately 600.000 kilos textile scraps every year.
CARBON EMISSIONS
SAVINGS
We have a production structure without chimney. We use completely mechanical process.
From yarn to sewing , Everything is made in Turkey. in a 50Km radius!
This process helps us save approximately 1.000.000 kilos of CO2 every year.
WATER
SAVINGS
Farming of new virgin cotton consumes significant volumes of water.
Approximately 11,000 litres of water is needed to grow one kilogram of cotton.
We use completely mechanical process.
We do NOT use water.
We recycle approximately 600,000 kgs cotton every year.
This process helps us save approximately 6.600.000.000 liters of water.
ENERGY
SAVINGS
We have a solar power system with the capacity of 2MW. That helps us preserve exhaustible resources and cut greenhouse gas emissions;
We have plans to extend the capacity and generate more electricity through the solar system.
CHEMICAL
SAVINGS
We do not dye our products;
The textile scrap is pre-dyed.
The fabric gets its colour from the scrap.
This avoids the use of dyes and polluting chemicals
INKS
WATER BASED
We do not dye our products;
We only use digital printing – the most environmentally friendly printing technique on the market.
Our dyes are 100% biodegradable.
Everything from yarn to sewing is made locally in Turkey. In a 500Km radius!
